Women in School Leadership (WISL)

Ms Aparna Seebaluck, Principal of K.R. Mangalam World School, Gurugram, was selected to represent India in the prestigious International Women in School Leadership (WISL) Programme 2023–24. As part of the exchange initiative, the school hosted Ms Giselle Allgood, Principal of Lake Bolac College, Australia. The exchange enriched both schools through shared insights on innovative education, holistic development, and global collaboration.

British Council’s RIDS Programme

The school’s active participation in the British Council’s Recognition of International Dimension in Schools (RIDS) Programme exemplifies its commitment to global education. The school has earned the British Council’s ISA/IDS Award for three consecutive terms (2014–2017, 2017–2020, 2020–2023), recognising its sustained efforts in embedding international perspectives in education.

Virtual Exchange with Saint Rémi, France – 2022

An interactive virtual session between students of K.R. Mangalam World School, Gurugram and Saint Rémi, France, provided a culturally enriching experience. Through games and engaging activities, students shared personal stories, fostering cross-cultural understanding and global friendship.

Odyssey of the Mind

Two teams qualified for the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals 2025 – an international competition focused on creativity and collaboration. The school also secured First Prize at Euro Fest 2018 in Germany, affirming its commitment to innovation and global engagement.

Beijing International Education Exchange Programme – 2016

Students from K.R. Mangalam World School participated in the International Youth Camp in China, engaging with global peers to promote intercultural understanding and international cooperation.

Visit to NASA, USA – 2019

Through a specialised training programme at NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre, Orlando, students gained first-hand insight into space science and exploration, experiencing simulated astronaut training in a professional setting.
